We provide a newsletter service to keep our visitors informed, after they have filled in the relevant form with their email and/or name. In addition to the confirmation of their subscription, they receive an automated email to confirm their subscription to the Newsletter. There is an automatic unsubscribe option at the bottom of each Newsletter. We retain all copyright in the content of the newsletter.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data that appears on the comment form and also the visitor’s IP address to help detect spam. An anonymous string generated from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to Gravatar to see if you are using it. Security files

In order to control malicious activity and protect the site from specific attacks, the IP address of visitors, the user ID of logged-in users and the username of login attempts are conditionally logged. Examples of logging conditions occur between login attempts, logout requests, requests for suspicious URLs, changes to site content, and password updates. This information is kept for 14 days

Caching

This site uses caching to facilitate faster loading of pages to provide a better experience for visitors. All storage files are temporary. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but can be easily purged by the administrator before they physically expire if necessary.
